Wonderful food and great ambience like you are in a European cafe. This place has stood the test of time and never fails to impress. One of the few places I love to return to.
Just a block off the mile is this hidden gem for those who love chocolate. There truly are chocolate artisans working in the kitchen. This becomes obvious when you try a few different items and the chocolate doesn't taste the same. Each item has a very distinct chocolate flavor, and I've appreciated that over the several visits here to get my chocolate fix. I also want to give a shout out to the apple tarts. They talked me into trying them and I'm glad they did. These apples are caramelized and crafted perfectly. The last time I went there was to pick up a flourless 3-chocolate cake for a small get-together and it quieted down the room and got devoured quickly (see my picture). They also have bonbons and chocolate pastries here, as well as baguettes and sweet bread loafs. I recommend sticking to the items that have chocolate in them.
A well known place in the Gables I just had a great Breakfast experience everything was great Eggs Benedict Hot Chocolate Great Breakfast
This is a good spot for pastries and french toast. Their baguettes are amazing. Price is high and portions are small, the team is very welcoming and pleasant
Chocolate Fashion is a true local gem that's been around for many years. I love coming here for their almond croissant, which is baked fresh daily and filled with delicious almond cream and topped with almonds. This time, I also tried their cappuccino, which was amazing, and shared a prosciutto and mozzarella sandwich with a side salad. Everything was delicious and perfect for sharing. The customer service was top-notch. I highly recommend this place!
